Add case-subject to mails from HCL-Support

Please add the subject of the case to the mails from HCL Software Support <hcl_pnp_support@hcl.com> This would be fundamental :) Currently you only see the case number in the subject, which does not contribute to the clarity.

Ability to Forward as Attachment - Same as Notes client feature

Forwarding an e-mail as an attachment can be useful for certain use cases ( like submitting a message as spam/phishing, etc ). The Notes client has this feature which would also be ideal for the Verse client.
