    Generate a list for users not using Notes client for a long time

    There is a customer request to have an ability to generate a report for users not using their Notes client for a long time.

    `data/workspace/applications/eclipse` directory is included as a Directory entry in the default active Target Platform on new installations and upgrades

    New feature that allows the option to enable or disable the display of database icons on tabs.
