Support for proxies between Domino and the OIDC provider

While configuring Microsoft Azure AD for Web Login using OIDC, Domino does not support proxies between Domino and the OIDC Provider (Microsoft in this case). There is no UI, there is no parameter, there is no way to define a proxy. It is unsupported.

Make Domino an OAuth2 Provider

I know there's a BP-Tool out there now but only on windows. Let Domino become an OAuth2 Provider and drop the LTPA stuff over time to overcome the "Session timed out" messages.
