    We have a few Sametime meetings and minutes of each meeting should be taken. This takes a lot of time and no one likes doing it. An AI could be very helpful here. You should be able to send the result to an email or save the whole thing as a PDF.

    DJX Admin Tool : Don't create mail file name and ID file name using 8.3 file format.

    DJX Admin Tool always translate mail file name and ID file name with 8.3 format from short name when we create new user registration request. Now Windows accept long file name, please don't use 8.3 file format. 8.3 file format is too old.
