Replace the view in the frameset with OpenView in NotesUIWorkspace.

Currently, it is not possible to use OpenView to switch views while a view is open in a frameset. We must open another frameset to switch views. We would like to be able to switch views within a frame with OpenView.

"Plain text only" designer property for RichText fields

Reopen previous Designer tabs

Unlike the Notes client, the Deisgner always opens with an empty screen. I'd like to be able to reopen the Designer with the same tabs open and the opened files at the same position as I left them when I closed the Designer.
