Option to delete archived mails automatically

Provide an ability to set your schedule for meeting availability (like you can in Notes in Preferences)

In Notes Mail under Calendar Preferences you can set your availability schedule. This is very handy especially for part-time people. Also by default lunch is set from 12pm-1pm, this needs to be removed.
