The expiration date for ID vault certificate is not able to update

The expiration period of Password reset certificate and vault certificate is 10 years after new setup.

This period is not able to update.

The function to update these certificates is needed.

    From Domino10.0.1FP2 & 1101, the expiration period of Password reset certificates and vault trust certificates is changed to 25 years.

    And it requires the use of the O certifier.  That process should allow using it from the CA process.  I already created a separate idea for that.  It would be even better if the vault trust certificate didn't expire or lasted longer than 10 years.
