Provide REST API to get contents of attachments files in Notes document

For the following existing Rest API which was released with Notes/Domino 9.0.1 , there is no way to get contents of attachments files in Notes document.

The following beta new REST API is still not released, there is no information which mentioned how to get contents of attachments files in Notes document

One of our customer wish HCL could add some way to add REST API to get contents of attachments files in Notes document.
