Use cannot be detected. The name can be dynamically concatenated. Elements can be called from other databases, not only views, but also forms.
The existing possibility of searching through multiple databases is sufficient.
Please think twice about this - a form (design element) can be "in use" even if you dont have any document based on that form. e.g. a form thats used in a dialogbox, etc. or the form being changed on save,
Same with views.
However, to analyze your design please use Design Synopsis or use 3rd party tools like Teamstudio Analyzer or Ytria tools
