Allow use of ViewNavigator in FT-searched views

Currently, if you use any of the FTSearch* methods on a view, then `ViewNavigator`s you create for the view won't respect the search, instead forcing you to use getAllEntries(). However, that limits the optimizations you can perform and, at the very least, requires you to write two code paths to handle these cases as efficiently as possible.
