Disable the 'Save All' option when right-clicking on an attachment

Currently, the "Save All" option downloads all attachments from the document, including those that are hidden.
The requirement is to update this functionality so that when a user clicks on the "Save All" option, the system only downloads the visible attachments, preventing the download of any hidden attachments.

    It makes sense.

    To the question: "how can the system distinguish between both?"

    This is a command in the Notes client and it can distinguish attachments for which it has displayed icons from attachments that are in hidden RT fields, or hidden sections or hidden rows of the table.

    Hidden attachments can only be handled by applications, via their own buttons.

    What are hidden attachments? Or, questioned differently: how can the system distuguish between both?
