Lotus Script Debugger - debug only selected object Merged

The debugger should only debug the selected database and the selected event.

    There is much room for improvements here (that's why I posted a wish for an completely new debugger).
    Your suggestion is one of it (event if I hadn't is in mind - although this is very annoying).
