Search bar in picklists.

It should be possible to use the search bar in picklists.

      You should be able to search for contains "TEXT" in a picklist dialog like in a view, then all the results that apply to the search will be made available for selection. I am of the opinion that almost every software offers this nowdays and that the user should also have this available in Notes. Please make available.

      I'd like something to search inside picklist. now It's impossible I type something and don't search.

      It would be great to use CTRL+F and fulltext also. It would dramatically improve user's  UI experience because nowadays every list is expected to be filterable. Thank you

      Should be filter like rdbms without coding.
