I can not agree, using 12.0.1FP1. Every working day in the morning, my toolbar is reordered.
Finally!! Fixed with V12.0.1, and without being mentioned anywhere. Thanks a lot!

Still existing - no progress on a very annoing issue
Still same on V12.
My problem too. Every morning first job is to rearrange the toolbars in V11.
Seems such a trivial thing, but when I hear people say they "hate Notes", I think I know why!
Every morning the same procedure. Arranging toolbars with smarticons from Notes, Ytria and some own toolbars. Not in one development environment, no in every VM I use for different customers every day. I do not know how many time I have spent with that until yet.
Please fix this. It makes my crazy.

Very annoying issue!
Still exists in V11!
this issue existed some years ago in 7.x (??) and had been fixed.
It came back with 9.0.1 FP10 and from there moved to Notes 10.0 and 10.0.1
Such fundamental GUI issue should be fixed asap
The customer has since upgraded to Notes V10.1 and the same problem occurs with this version
