Toolbars move to default position upon IBM Notes Client.

Toolbars move to default position upon IBM Notes Client.
User displays new toolbar, e.g. Language toolbar 
Toolbar is being displayed on second row (default position) 
User moves toolbar onto the first line to the right side, where there is
free space. 
Upon next start of the IBM Notes client, toolbar appears on second line 
again (default position) 
User expects the toolbar to be at the position where it was moved to.

    this issue existed some years ago in 7.x (??) and had been fixed.

    It came back with 9.0.1 FP10 and from there moved to Notes 10.0 and 10.0.1

    Such fundamental GUI issue should be fixed asap

    Yes, very frustrating (also duplicate of https://domino.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DDXP-I-221 ).

    Still evident in 10.0.1FP1

    Ugh.
