V10 Bug: Cannot open Script Libraries or XPages after editing Notes native element (like form or view)

Bug exists since V9 FP10

IBM Case Number TS002160381

When working on LotusScript / JavaScript / Java-Libraries or XPages with Domino Designer every now and then I need to check some fields in a form or view columns to ensure that I get the correct reference to a content.

But after checking that, I am not able to open any of the first mentioned elements (like LotusScirpt / JavaScript / Java / XPages).

Please find the steps to reproduce in the attached file, as there is no way to include any screenshots in this tool :(

      Bugs are to be tracked in the ticket system, adding an idea here in this platform does not fix it faster.

      There seems to be an issue with an font (Noto Sans) which is installed with Libre Office 6+. Found in Jesper Kiaers blog: https://nevermind.dk/nevermind/blog.nsf/subject/update-on-domino-designer-and-libreoffice-issue

      Hello, have also the same Problem.

      Workaround is Close Designer and Client and reopen all.
