New table property for rounded corners Merged

This feature would help modernize the presentation of Notes apps to a more user-friendly appearance.

Just a checkbox in the table properties.  When selected, it would open a field to specify the rounding radius in pixels. 

When enabled, just the 4 outside corners of the table border would be rounded.  No rounding on any inner cells.

Bonus: If the border thickness is zero and a corner cell has a background color, round the background of the cell to match the background of the form.

Extra Bonus: Allow rounding to be set individually for each of the 4 corner cells.  So we could set top-left corner of top-left cell to be rounded, but all other cells would be square.
