Ignore hide paragraph from Notes for smartphones

At the moment, when a paragraph is hidden for Notes, it is also hidden on a phone using Nomad.
This means that there is no direct way to show an element only on a mobile device; apart from using a formula.

My idea is to use the 'Notes' option only for large screens (desktop client, tablet) and the 'Mobile' option for smaller devices like a phone.

That is a very important feature to create application for the Notes client and Nomad. I've had the same problem on a page. Hide from mobile works fine. Hide from Notes Client also hides from Nomad. How can I create an element on a page/form, hide it from the client and show it in Nomad?

I know that there is a Hide from Mobile. That is not my point.
If you select 'Hide from Notes', it is also hidden on a phone (regardless the Hide from Mobile option'). This makes it harder to hide items in the Notes Client (large screen) but not on Mobile (small screen) without having to use a formula all the time.

There is already a Hide from Mobile setting which could be used. It was originally intended for slightly different purposes, but is basically just there.
