Should support Web Service Providers on Nomad

Please solve this issue so that companies that can use Web Service Providers on HCL Nomad, as it is a very good platform to increase mobility of applications. Applications that invoke Web Service Providers does not work on HCL Nomad.

The error "Error loading USE or USELSX module" also pops up, and the code is very simple as below:
