Allow the width of the selection margin to be adjusted

Depending upon the type of protective wallet used with a mobile device, it may not be possible to easily reach the left-edge of the screen, making selection of specific documents difficult.

Generally, offering users a larger click "target" when selecting documents would make mobile use easier. Allowing a wider selection margin to be defined would achieve that.

Thanks for the suggestion, Thomas. Unfortunately that won't help here, as the vast majority of our devices are flat-screened. Having established quite early that some wallet designs could cause us usability issues, I made a point of only sourcing frameless ones which allow unhindered access to all edges and corners of the screen.

That said, I still think it would be beneficial to have the option to increase the selection bar width to allow users who are not equipped with styluses (or small fingers) to more easily select the documents they want.

For Android 11 devices (with curved screens), you can open Settings in Nomad and choose to disable "Screen Wrap", this will provide more space for the selection margin. Please report back if it is this what you were looking for.
