Also, rather then generating the file and storing it in the users "Downloads" folder, there should be an option to upload the file into a "Diagnostics" database on the server (similar to how NSD's can be emailed/uploaded) ready to be analysed by IT support.
Yes, we need this functionality to be available BEFORE the client starts up (if an issue occurs during the startup resulting in an error being displayed to the user).
So you would like to have this function available BEFORE the client started up successfully? We already have this function AFTER the client has started up - see : https://help.hcltechsw.com/nomad/1.0_web/nw_report_problem.html
