Currently, if a Nomad Web client results in an error (e.g. during startup), we need to ask users to
1. Open "Developer Tools"
2. Go to the "Console" tab
3. Enter the "nomad.nprDownload()" command to collect data
4. Get the resulting file to internal support (which the user might not be able to do if they cannot start the nomad web client!)
Please add "automatic diagnostic data collection" functionality to Nomad Web so that, if configured by an admin, the "nomad.nprDownload()" command is automatically run (or run via a button on the error page) and the data uploaded (ready for admins to investigate and if necessary raise with HCL).
This would make it must easier to support users, especially in cases where we cannot remotely access the system the user is using.
