Capability to open attached files directly from Nomad Web

Currently, as a limitation of Nomad Web, we cannot open attached files directly from Nomad Web.

As a comparison of operability with Notes client, our customer has request that we can open attached files directly from Nomad Web.

Yes please add a view attachment option. Or at least some 'open' feature to redirect attachment-url to a document viewer service.

Hi. Our company would support this amendment please as we feel it is a security risk and the controlled documents we have need to be kept centrally and "authorised" legally - if they have been dropped onto the local harddrives then accessed then we have the issue where and changes to the documents could place unauthorised and legally binding changes to documents/terms that should not be altered. A safe open read only option needs to launch by default please.

Very good idea. Very important, I don't want to tell any user he has to load his file first on the hard disk and then go into the Explorer to open the file, then change it to append it again in the rich text field of the Notes client. Then users will soon no longer work with Notes documents, but with the Windows directory level.
