The Beta release of the plugin supports creation of Excel/Word objects using LotusScript.
OLE support for embedded objects in a richtext field does not work (yet).
Will a future release support OLE objects as well?
We are planning to release COM integration from Nomad, with a browser extension for Chrome/Edge, in 1.0.12. This will be a Tech Preview and we would welcome feedback via the Nomad app itself (Help / Report a defect).
If all goes well, we will make it Production Ready in 1.0.13 (Sept).
A browser application (like Nomad) can not exchange data using OLE. So despite your request being understood, we can not directly fulfill your requirement.
However, we will investigate what other options we can provide.
This is a major pain point, and we need a workaround. Maybe Server Side.
