Keep Sametime Connect Client V11's window size and position even after reboot OS

When testing Sametime Connect client V11,  the customer and I found the following issue
-----------------
1. Start Sametime Connect Client, adjust the size of Sametime Connect client window to the customer's preferred size and move the window to his preferred position.
2. Set Sametime Connect Client to automatically start after OS reboot.
3. After reboot the OS, Sametime Connect client started automatically, but it does not remember the size and the position set in step 1.

Only restart Sametime Connect Client V11 without OS reboot, the previous window size and position is kept.

The customer wish the window size and position could be kept even after OS reboot.
