In the HCL Nomad looking to disable the use of Face ID (Touch ID) on iOS devices

The requirements are as follows.

Looking to authenticate with Touch ID on devices(iOS) that support Touch ID. For devices that do not support Touch ID, would like to be able to authenticate with a password.

Can the above be configured in the Nomad Mobile settings.

Or, can it be configured on the Domino server side.

This can be possible using the below options

    2. Using panagenda MarvelClient an admin can create a N1.1. Application Restrictions action and set "Biometric Authentication" to "Disable".

Both of these ways will remove the "Enable Touch ID" prompt from the Notes ID challenge on the next launch of the application.

    3. Use a MDM. If you have an MDM managing the application/device then you can use AppConfig xml definition to specify settings for HCL Nomad for iOS. Using their MDM they can simply disable the "enableBiometricSetup" setting.
