Nomad: Disable a choice of Biometric Authentication when initial setup

Customer don't want to show "Enable Touch ID (Face ID)" in Notes ID Password dialog when Nomad initial setup.

It will be shown if Biometric Authentication on iOS is enabled, and they want to use password only for Nomad.

Even if Marvel Client sets "Disable" for "Biometric authentication" setting, Notes ID Password dialog when Nomad initial setup shows a choice of "Enable Touch ID (Face ID)".

MarvelClient only applies settings during the configuration after the Notes ID prompt, so the NBA disablement doesn't take effect until the second launch. Now, if you use an MDM and deploy Nomad through an MDM, then it is possible to pre-configure HCL Nomad. That way NBA is disabled the first time a user sees the Notes ID prompt.

    From the product documentation: https://help.hcltechsw.com/nomad/1.0_admin/configure_app_restrictions.html

Note: The Biometric Authentication restriction does not apply to initial logins since an initial login is required to obtain the MC settings. To prevent the user from enabling Biometric Authentication at initial login, use an MDM provider to disable and set to Nomad Default in the MC configuration database.

Marking this idea as 'already exists'.
