Domino file types and file extension information requested with respect to Anti Virus

There is no official document which lists all the used file types in Domino. Specifically there is no official information which describes the exclusion list for virus scan programs which runs on the OS.
If there is no official statement nor documentation it is very difficult for the security departments.
The customer is requesting such documentation which should also contain an explanation why files and directories should be excluded.
Files like *.nsf are known but .repl .orig and the ft files are not documented.
The customer is aware of the obvious file types but wants a list of all extension Domino / Notes uses and they should be excluded ... like *.orig, *.repl and much more.
