Yes, please add this "-S xx" switch to the DBMT tool.
We have a ton of large databases that DBMT spends a lot of time compacting even though they really don't need a compact since their Space usage (often) are well in the 90's. More over we only allow DBMT to run for a few hours every night and sometimes not all databases that needs a compact get compacted due to it spending too much time with databases that are close to optimal in Space usage.
