Add a feature to find out inconsistency in read/unread marks across different replicas of same user

Currently if we want to find out if the read/unread marks are having any inconsistency across different replicas of same user, then it is not possible from administrator side. Administrator has to wait until the user reports this issue. So if administrator wants to ensure that, all users are having same read/unread marks status across cluster servers or different replicas, then it is not possible at the moment.
So there is a feature request to provide this option so that Domino Server will scan the mail file replicas across multiple servers and then prepare a list of such mail files/users having inconsistency found with unread marks.
e.g.- Load updall -UR mail -l unreadlist.txt
This command shall scan the mail files under mail folder for unread marks inconsistency (-UR option) with same Replica ID on other servers and prepare a list in file "unreadlist.txt"

This Enhancement Request is submitted for Domino 9.0.1 and Domino 10 version.
