extend the maildisclaimer to wysiwyg editor and image support

The company disclaimer editor window in domino is very basic. It allows only text.
But customer want quick an new line with the latest exibition or office-close time and this word in red and this bold, and also an footer image.
This can only be done in html source code and a text if it works requires a restart of some things. i.e. process the disclaimer to all employee.
> tell router quit, >tell adminp p ma, >restart server > send testmail to external account and open mail and check of the disclaimer is formated well. (with best regards of marketing dep.)
(dominoprogrammer people are you crazy??  my experience in domino 9, dont know if this is resolved in later versions)
This is not state of the art in 2020.
Proposal: extend the disclaimer field so that also a non-admin role "assistance-person" can edit and format it easily wysiwyg. AND IMPORTANT: it can test it inhouse by sending a testmail to his own account. (currently the disclaimer is only attached to external adresses. )

Ok, will take this into account for a future release of Domino.
your short term option is to use a business partner solution for managing mail disclaimers. e.g. Crossware mail signature, GBS iQSuife or others

Just to confirm, this idea is about the managed disclaimer that you can define in the Domino Directory ?
