Mail policy which will delete unmodified mails based on its subject

This feature will allow administrator to delete mails based on its subject for all users.

Additional details:
- Option to delete mails based on certain condition (Time, date etc.)
- Option to apply it automatically

This will prevent any unnecessary growth size in mailfile for users in the server.

    What do you think will a user say about mails all of a sudden disappearing? especially if the criteria based on a subject that may or may not be perfect.
