Have "auto-optimize for release X" setting for servers

By default, new server documents have extremely-conservative settings, and there are all sorts of config options and notes.ini params that knowing admins and DCT will tell you about. I get the value of keeping things eternally backwards-compatible, but it would be great to have an option to indicate that a server should use known best-practice options for a given release, so you don't have to keep up on what the appropriate NIF cache size for V11 64-bit is or manually add the latest "Create_RX_Databases" option, for example.

It'd be all the better to have named optimization modes for specific roles, too, to turn on things like EnableImapFolderSynch for mail servers or Enable_SNI for... well, anything with any internet protocols exposed.

Essentially, I picture it like DBMT but for the advice that the Configuration Tuner gives you: just do the stuff that's obviously correct and let me worry about the real decisions.
