Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Disable appending @domain when completeing the typeahad for the "To:" field when creating an email in iNotes

By default, when a user creates an email and completes the TO: field on iNotes, the address that shows up will append the @domain of the user. Instead of only Jane Doe/HCL, it shows up like Jane Doe/HCL@HCL. This is working as designed. Though the emails created are being sent successfully, some customers would like type-ahead to appear as Jane Doe/HCL only.

What is the problem in displaying the Domain a user belongs to? In a multi-domain scenario this might be an essential information to distinguish between users of different parts of the organization.
