Warn users when they are sending a message to a global group

Staff are currently warned if they click on Send on a message that has no subject line. It would be useful to warn people when they have selected an extremely large group to send an email to.

My Android looks up groups from the NAB today.  The Verse app ought to be able to count the number of members in the group.

But if not, how about if the router checks and sends a DFR?  Then if the user resends, it will go the second time.  Or better yet, the config doc could specify a group of users with permission to send to groups bigger than X members (X also being configurable).  And certainly the router can check this and send a DFR for unauthorized send attempts.

That would require to reverse lookup all groups which is rather difficult in offline mode and even when working online it might take a long time.

A customization like this would work for the Notes/iNotes/verse client but would not work for mobile clients e.g. iOS native mail application, so people could still send mail to a large audience by just using a smartphone.

Also the ability to pop up a warning message when sending an external email with an attachment similar to Outlook/Exchange would be useful.
