Have a setting that temporarily prevent router to deliver on a specific mai lfile.

On an environment where thousands of emails is being received on a specific database, when trying to delete 100000 or more documents at the same time. Domino tends to "freeze" as router trying to deposit new emails while deletion is occuring on the database.

Would be ideal if we can temporarily disable router to deposit email for some time and will resume later on.

    Hello, Thomas

Thanks for comment, but it's not acceptable solution in heavy-loaded production environment, because (wait) phase may lasts long time, and during it nobody can send or receive emails.

Im my opinion, ideal would be 'compact-like' behaviour: when I compact mail database router 'knows' that and doesn't try to insert documents into it.
