Control server console is non-edit mode when server lauched as application

In Windows platform, when Domino launch with application mode, the OS command window is in edit mode by default(We can view it via Right-Click on "CommandPrompt" window title, the "Quick Mark" is checked by default) .

But since Domino console is not support edit mode, sometimes the console will be frozen and end user can't access the server again.

In order to avoid this problem, request Domino to control this window to non-edit mode by default.
