Reset the UNK table without shutting down the server Merged

This option will allow the server to reset data on the UNK Table without shutting down.

Mail.box cannot be taken offline for compact -C. The server needs to be shut down to do this. Or recreate the mail.box

Customer is having an issue with the server mail.box and seeing the following error :

Error transferring message.....Cannot store document - database has too many unique field

Workaround includes:

- Recreate mail.box regularly

- Modify their application, do not use "ad hoc" unique field names. Use fixed field names for customized fields.
