Disable replication from local to server for multiple databases in single step

Admin wants to disable replication from local to the server for set of users.

Notes Client has a feature to disable replication from local to the server by disabling from Replication Options.

Requirement is to disable this replication for these set of users in single step avoiding to go in each Notes client to disable.

    We have the situation that our CRM, running on domino servers that also host other databases and mail, gets an update during working times. During this time period all CRM databases in one folder and only these databases, should be disabled for replication from/to end users.

    The main idea is to keep local + server replica in sync. In what situation does a user want to not send local changes back to the server ?
