Great to see how big the interest is in our product, therefore we set up a series of webcasts to explain how simple and easy a integration can be done direct via the Notes Client into the various world of video-conference, like Zoom, Webex, MS Teams and GoToMeeting without programming or changes on the mailtemplate. I found a free 14 days trial option for the gateway. https://notes2conf.de/en/free-test/ Actually, it is just like you describes - full integrated as it is seen by Domino as a Samtime server. Great solution.
It as well works for Zoom and WebEx and GoToMeeting, not only for MS Teams. So one solution for multiple video conference systems. We are using 2, so good to have both in place.
I found a nice solution, which is integrated like a Sametime server. Not mail template chance etc. Altough from Germany from Dacher System GmbH, but they host it at Notes2conf.com. @Thomas: I've been in contact with them, and that is NOT a finished solution yet. They still have a few bugs to figure out and som problems to solve. The solution will entail changing the mail template. And of course, it will trigger an extra license.
An out of the box solution from HCL in V12 of the Mail template would be nice :-)

The customer would like to know when Microsoft Teams Plugin for Notes Calendar will be available. It's like a zoom plugin.
