Mailin enhancement regarding unreadmarks. Merged

More customers need to see IF mail has been read by someone else and sometime WHO has read that mail.

It would be a great enhancement if (un)read status from every mail, in a mail database, can be seen to all delegated users.

It would be a great enhancement if you also can see who is reading the mail.

Both options via properties set to ON or OFF
