Administrators should be allowed to approve "Approve Deletion of Moved Replica" requests in bulk from Admin4.nsf database.

As of now "Approve Deletion of Moved Replica" adminp request needs to be open manually by the administrator to approve the request. It will be difficult in case of large requests for administrators to manually open and approve each "Approve Deletion of Moved Replica" request and perform the deletion request.

It would be helpful if there is similar view like pending by age or server where Bulk "Approve Deletion of Moved Replica" deletion request can be performed.

    Maybe not a separate view, just add them to the "Pending Administrator Approval" views. This is probably just a simple selection formula change.
