During Vault sync, the Domino server checks if the user is in the middle of key rollover and looks for these items on the user Vault entry.
"ActiveKeyWidth", "ActiveKeyCreated", "PublicKeyHash", "KeyGenState", "LastCertReq", "AliasHash".
If the code does not find them then it logs a message that the rollover values were not read. It is not a critical message - just informative that the user is not currently in the process of key rollover.
Domino is working as currently designed. However, we would request to limit the trace message, as Customer sees these message getting logged throughout the day & suspect there is a problem.
