Quota-Based archiving

Archiving can currently be performed on schedule (triggered via client or server).

A customer brought up the idea to trigger archiving based on a certain threshold. E.g. when the quota of a database reaches 95 % (configurable) of the configured quota - a (configurable) server-side or client-side archiving should be performed.

This is something that could (should)be configurable using a policy and the archive profile document.

You can do this with an agent that will periodically check all mail files on the current server and (when it exceeds the quota limit) send a "load compact -a path/mailfile.nsf" to the server's console

Yes - documents older than x - preferably all of the current possible archive criteria. that. And this should be configurable in the archive profile based on quota.

If you reach your quota limit - what should be archived? Mails older than x ? Archive documents until x % free space?
