Require option to prevent mail routing logging to the Miscellaneous Events view.

In the current domino version, by default router determines whether to log messages to the Mail Events view, the Miscellaneous Events view, or to both views. There is no NOTES.INI setting to prevent logging to the Miscellaneous Events view.

This create a duplication in the logs.nsf. Like when sending mail via SMTP, duplicate records of the type: Router: Transferred 1 messages to UAT1-MX03.YYYYY.LOCAL (host testuat.LOCAL) via SMTP in the Miscellaneous Events and Mail Routing Events views of the log.nsf database.

Need a configuration settings or ini for this in feture release.
