HCL Domino Ideas Portal

Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Finding unused groups is impossible because any group can be used, for example, in formulas for hiding buttons and other design elements in @-formulas or in LS/Java code.

How do you define unused mail enabled group? Anybody can send a mail to this group at any point in time. Even if no mail was sent to a specific group in the past, there still could be an application, a configuration document, a design element, etc. that refers to this group in some circumstances.

We need a list of all the unused mail enabled DL groups within Lotus Notes.
