DFR mail in Native language

DFR = Delivery Failure Report
When message size restriction is applied on inbound SMTP server & the criteria matches then internal users can get DFR mail in English language along with native language by customizing failure message in configuration document. However, the external senders are still getting the DFR mail in English language. Request to provide option/provision so that external sender should also get DFR mail in their native language instead of English.

    How would a system identify the native language of the external SMTP user ?
    The internet is build on english as the native language, so there are no plans to implement this feature.
