Archive db for every year

many customer would server side archive by year.

      We would like to archive per year since the cost of storing multiple years on SAN is high. Yes, we could purge all mail older than 'n' years from a single archive but we also want to see how often people are accessing the older archives. It is easiest for us to see this by starting a new archive every year.

      create profile for one database for year and reachable bu all Notes/iNotes clients

      No I need a solution for server side archiving with policies

      when you run load compact -a

      your solution is client side (manual) archiving

    More intuitive archiving, by year

    I would like to be able to have a NSF file each year, with the mails I have received processed during that year. I am aware I have archiving options, and that I can use formulas to select what mails to export, but I would like a more intuitive arc...
