Restrict sender from sending any mails internal/external even when person document and mail file exist for the recipient user

User has a requirement that nobody (internal or external sender) should be able to send mail to a specific Notes user even though person document and mail file exist in Domino directory.

There is no direct setting to achieve this requirement although workaround exists where we can put the required user in a restricted group.

Can we have a feature with some setting so that we can directly restrict an user from receiving all internal and external emails ? Please consider.
