View most recent date of archiving for all users.

Some companies have users to perform local archiving. However administrators would like to monitor who and when the user last performed local archiving.

We can check the last time an archiving performed on a database in the Archive Settings > Basics tab > "Most Recent Archive History". But it would help if we have a view/database that shows this information for all/some of the database at the same time.

This can help administrators to notify certain users that has not performed local archiving recently.

    Since this is a rather special requriement we are not considering to include this in the Domino core. However it is possible to write a small application which will collect this information using LotusScript and provide it to administrators. incl. the ability for automatic notification of users.
