Do not overwrite ACL log when pasting an ACL

When doing a copy & paste of an entire ACL also the ACL log gets copied. My expectation was that the target ACL log would not be copied over, the ACL log should only be updated.

This is just a suggestion to change the design in such a way that after copying the access control list, the history of changes in the Log view remains unchanged.

After copying, new entries (Action) should be added as it is at the moment.

    While coping ACL the roles also gets copied from Source database to destnation database.

    Generally, logs of activities made on this particular database are what we need. Logs copied from source database (database form which we copied ACL) should stay on this databse only and shouldn't be copied to target database and shouldn't overwrite existing logs.
